How much does a visit cost?

Treatment prices vary, and service price is shown before you start your visit. Condition-specific services range from $33 - $45, with the exception of Urgent Care visits, which are $75. There are never any hidden fees, and you can send follow-up messages at no cost. We do not accept insurance for visits yet.
Is the cost of the medication included in my visit fee?

The cost of medication is not included in the cost of your visit. If your provider writes you a prescription, you can pick it up or have it delivered from your preferred pharmacy. You can use your insurance for medications typically covered by your insurance.
Who are the doctors and nurse practitioners?

Our clinical team is comprised of experienced doctors and nurse practitioners, licensed in states where service is available. Providers offer safe, high-quality treatment and care. You will be matched with a doctor or nurse practitioner licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit.

Walgreens Virtual Healthcare services are available in the following states: CA, FL, GA, MI, IL, NV, NC, OH and TX. We plan to offer care to patients in other states in the near future.
Do I need to schedule a visit with a provider?

No, all our services are on-demand, and visits may be requested at any time of the day or night. Doctors and nurse practitioners usually respond within 30 minutes, but it may be up to 4 hours if we are particularly busy. Doctors and nurse practitioners are available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST, seven days a week. If you request a visit overnight, a provider will reach out to you the next morning.
